You asked what support did I use for the Laurel & Hardy painting. It was a Gessoed Art Board by Speedball.
The surface is hard and slick. I enjoyed the thin acrylic puddling on it.

I loved your Laurel & Hardy painting. We don't get this kind of board, I just buy a cut down masonite and coat it with gesso or acrylic.
I am sorry for a late reply but I have had to have my toe up in the air after the surgeon had to remove parts of my toenail, hopefully this will be the end of it.
